the name game!

We never had any trouble picking a name for Paisley. We found out she was a girl when I was 20 weeks pregnant. I asked Danny if he liked the name Paisley, he did. And the rest is history! I wish we were so lucky this time around.

We have our boy name set in stone but the girl name is another story. We cannot agree on one for the life of us. Danny hates almost ALL of the names that I come up with and the names he picks are just, blah! Outdated and boring!

If we do have a girl, I want a name that is different from Paisley's. I don't want it to start with a "P." I don't want it to end with "ey, ee, or ie." I want it to be her own name that has a completely different sound to it.

I've asked lots of family and friends for name suggestions and so far I've only heard one that I really love. And what do you know... Danny HATES it! I guess we will just have to wait until we find out soon and go from there. If we are having a boy, I will have spent all these hours name searching for nothing!

Names I like: In a very particular order :o)

1. Audra (my fav!)
2. Vada (pronounced Vay-da, like from the movie My Girl)
3. Anna (my mom's first name)
4. Brynn
5. Sawyer (llloooovee this name!)
6. Hazel
7. Kate (except I know people would call her Katie and I'm not down with that)

We are waiting to announce our boy name until we know the gender for sure! Any girl suggestions are welcome, but don't dog the ones that I like. I'll keep quiet about your baby's name too!
